Gabrielle L. Kurlander was the founding CEO of the All Stars Project, Inc. (1989–2023) where she led the organization’s transformation from a small, New York City-based all-volunteer effort into a national youth development non-profit located in New York City, Newark, Chicago, Dallas and the San Francisco Bay area. She has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of executive leadership, including strategic vision, governance, financial management and budget planning, board development and principal giving. During her tenure as CEO, Gabrielle led the raising of over $200 million in private funds.

Gabrielle began her professional career as a working actor touring with the Broadway National Tour of Biloxi Blues. She is an award-winning theatre director and theatre producer. Gabrielle led a successful campaign to establish a performing arts and youth development center on West 42nd Street in New York City. The center opened in 2003 and its operation continues to this day.

A non-profit board leader and philanthropist, Gabrielle serves on the executive committees of the All Stars Project (national) and Dallas-based Arts Community Alliance (TACA) where she serves as Finance Chair. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY/Empire State. In her free time, Gabrielle enjoys playing golf, guitar and banjo. She lives with her partner Chris Street and their cat Pickles in Dallas, Texas and in the Thousand Islands, Ontario.
